@ACTFibernet Don’t know if so much efforts are needed from a customer to start the refund process? It can always take 2 weeks, but i was informed the process was never imitated after me calling thrice. Makes me think some fraud sales person took my money.
@ACTFibernet your sales team collected money in 2 hours saying the connection is available in my location. The engineer came and said the wiring cannot be done from Act and I should do.
Raised a refund request multiple times and no response 4 days. #SR10381007168545
@ACTFibernet@ACTFibernet I have called 4 times and wanted a refund. All 4 times they gave mentioned it will be done in 5 business days. But i spoke with someone that it was never initiated. Please check my calls from 3rd July and let me know why it was never initiated?
@airtelindia My wifi is down for 3 days. Created multiple tickets which are marked resolved without any kind of troubleshooting. Here is the latest service ticket #11001375793 and you can see the history in the past 3 days. The engineers assigned do not pick the call. Help?
Again, this is one possibility and the bank wasn't sure about it.
Asked them if this could be a scam, they were sure it is a cyber crime complaint.

What's next?
@CyberGujarat I've been informed by Citibank that my account is earmarked for a certain amount due to a cyber complaint. They asked me to reach out to an inspector via phone or email that has a domain https://t.co/7y2gESD6Il.
Phone number did not work so I sent an email today.
Citi did not confirm the reason for this and mentioned it could for multiple reasons such as, amount incorrectly transferred to your account by someone and a possible recovery complaint. I looked at my statements and did not find any deposits as such.
