About a week ago i couldn't even do stationary bike because my knees hurt so much.

After doing isometric exercises everyday my knees feeling a little bit better just ended up doing 30 minutes on stationary bike

@GrindandGrowFit I ended up doing 3 weight exercises Biceps and triceps.
I still have tendon issues in hand and can't lift heavy at the moment.
