@Airtel_Presence So, according to you, the issue was supposed to be resolved before 17 June 2026, 3:57 PM? Interesting. The deadline has passed, and
This is how the issue has been fixed
@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia
Day 4 and still no improvement in speed on my 100 Mbps plan. Plenty of promises, zero resolution. How much longer are customers expected to wait? Or is customer satisfaction no longer a priority for Airtel?
@Airtel_Presence@Airtel_Presence Customer issues seem to be the least of Airtel's concerns. The only thing that appears to matter is moving complaints off the books rather than actually resolving them. The service and accountability from the Jamshedpur team have been absolutely disappointing.
@Airtel_Presence
How can you close ticket ID 11032504783 without resolving the issue or even arranging a technical team visit? It appears Airtel has simply assumed the problem is fixed and closed the complaint without any verification from the customer.
@Airtel_Presence
This is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of accountability. Customers deserve actual resolutions, not arbitrary ticket closures. Kindly reopen the ticket and address the issue properly.
@Airtel_Presence
This is the internet speed I'm getting today despite being on a 100 Mbps broadband plan. An Airtel representative called, simply asked whether I had raised a complaint, and then disconnected the call without providing any update or resolution.
@Airtel_Presence Is this how customer concerns are handled by the network team in the Jamshedpur division? Very disappointing service and poor customer experience. Kindly investigate this issue and provide a proper resolution as soon as possible.
@Airtel_Presence@Airtel_Presence Yes please as its been 4 days the network is not stable and with lots of fluctuations in speed . Lower - 21 mbps highest to 40mbps.
@Airtel_Presence,
Is your network team actually working on customer issues?
After a detailed discussion with the Airtel Fiber technical team, I was informed that there is no issue with my device or setup. The problem has been identified as a network-side issue and was supposedly
@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia assigned to the network team.
However, it appears that no action is being taken. I am paying for a 100 Mbps Fiber connection, but the actual speed I'm receiving is barely around 20 Mbps. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia As suggested, I kept the router switched off for around 30–40 minutes and now the internet is connected again. But I’m not sure why this issue keeps happening repeatedly. If this continues regularly, it’s going to create a lot of problems.
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence Since morning my router is showing “No Internet” even though WiFi is connected. This issue has been happening repeatedly for the last 3–4 days. I’ve already raised a service request but still facing the same problem. Please look into this urgently.
