They can't be shared with public because these codes might content business logics which you wouldn't share with outside world, but with your team only

It will save a lot of developer hours, which otherwise would have been spent in either copy pasting the same code or gitting up git flows.

On your IDE, add this token and just publish your package (detailed steps present within product)
