Why are we asked to go to camera manufacturer for the resolution of the issue?? We bought a Tata car, it should be tata to resolve it. Regretting buying Tata cars.
Even now I thought of buying a car but now I am certain that I'll never buy Tata.

@TataMotors My father bought Nexon from Shyam Tata Indore. After few months of purchase it's rear camera was not functioning properly. When we asked them to rectify the issue, Shyam Tata guys asked us to contact camera manufacturer even though it came pre installed in the car.

@TataCompanies @TataMotors @TataMotors_Cars Even after saying that nothing has been installed from outside, the camera system itself came with the car then why we should contact the camera manufacturer? Earlier we even faced poor fitting in the car. Please help
