I have a multiverse love story idea. What do you think?

Hi everyone,
I have a story idea that I've been developing, and I'd love to hear your thoughts.
In Universe A, a boy loves a girl, but she doesn't love him back.
In Universe B, the same girl loves the same boy, but he doesn't love her back.
One day, both of them make the same wish:
"I wish the person I love would love me back."
Something goes wrong.
Instead of getting what they want, they become trapped in a strange place between their two universes.
I haven't fully developed what this place is yet, but I'm thinking of combining concepts like multiverses, probability, paradoxes, and reality itself.
Would this be something you'd want to read? What ideas come to mind when you hear this concept?
