I have requested an invoice to be paid with my money, provided the invoice, and am now on day 10 of begging them to pay it.
They don't follow through, don't get back in touch, acknowledge the unacceptability of this.

Cancelling a dogs insurance policy without informing - apparently at the age of 15 you stop insuring the dog 😡

You don't inform of that likelihood and can only offer "understanding and condolences" once the dog is dead.
