So thank you @americanair for nothing, you made my travel day be the worst. You all did nothing to actually make this situation better. I also had to find an emergency baby sitter and dog sitter for the night. For a issues on a plane that was never fixed…

The bathroom was not fixed and we left on a long flight with no restroom. And no food for sale. Then they accommodated me in the worst hotel I had to check out early and just go to the airport and wait because it was dirty, and the hallways smelled like weed.

Very disappointed how @americanair did the least for me, after making me wait over 4 1/2 hours on a tarmac. They should have removed us all out of the plane and let us wait in the airport. I was hungry and needed to use the bathroom. The toilet was broken and they kept us on

@AmericanAir why have us wait over 4 hours in the tarmac, because of a broken toilet, but yet we are flying with a broken toilet 🤯 ya are very quick to say to meet you in my dms! I have to stay over night in Dallas, I should be getting accommodations.
