The truth isn’t the exception to the rule… it’s the rule! The body cam battery died, there just isn’t any clear photos or videos identifiable as Tyler Robinson even in a 4D tech era, the clock recording his miranda reading was wrong, someone logged his booking time wrong in Utah County too, the video is only edited a little, we had to get a new statement and give immunity to his roommate in April; 7 months after the crime, we only have a picture of a note and a picture of the burned note but no note, we are trying to pass several doorbell videos off as 1 video but the homeowner only saw and made a statement on 1, we changed the wording in the note we also just added to evidence in April, the seasoned Prosecutor (who is VERY WELL versed in appellate law) goes on a media tour after the fragment came back inconclusive against everything he knows, his security team was making coordinated signals but it’s nothing, his shirt filled up with air and shoots up in the direction of where his wound appears but so what, the same signaling security crew do a multi pass off of “things” while Charlie is bleeding out on s speaker box, ignore the guys with the medical bags, no one calls 911, he has a square compression mark on his chest already when being carried away, we didn’t keep his clothes, anyone else’s clothes, the bloody microphone, the RODE mic he was wearing (if it was intact), his broken (at impact) necklace, or the transport vehicle as evidence and we completely dug up and paved over the crime scene immediately (I could keep going but this is enough) SO THERES NOTHING TO SEE HERE… literally lol. What are the chances, the odds of that? I’m going with ZERO PERCENT. NEGATIVE PERCENT EVEN!! 🙄

It’s an actual receipt and official document that Tyler Robinson was already in custody when the BOLO stairwell photos and rooftop video were released to the public (when the “it was me, thanks for everything” text was sent too) Why did they lie about the timeline? Because they didn’t have a chance to release their fabricated evidence to us yet when Tyler showed up at the Washington County station… They had arranged a meet up (where he would have likely been “in a shootout or suicided” but he popped up sometime before 6:25pm in Washington County and was mirandized at 6:25. So they lied about the time line… Sheriff said he got the call at 8:02??? Tyler was in custody already!!! And his arrest record in Utah County says he was booked at 10pm. That’s not possible.

This was late 2024.
