@Coachingjoshua @MattJRoberts87 @coachMGM It's different for girls - no promotion or relegation like boys. You select to enter. At least another 3 teams could of entered prem if they wanted to

@MattJRoberts87 @coachMGM So then it's a vicious circle - how do you get girls to come to your club and love Bball when they have no games (if not in NL) when they can play netball/football and play multiple teams in the same City 🤷‍♀️

@MattJRoberts87 @coachMGM BE have a done a great job with the U14 prem and then conference structure. There isn't enough girls teams in the same region for anything below. So you either enter conference or play no games. It's a real struggle in South region - for girls NL or nothing

@JLuq11 @CoachVear I agree 1 team maybe shouldn't be in a NL, another tam probably should of went Prem. BUT if you are coaching in that game - do you allow pressing? Do you put conditions in? Do you stop the game at half and mix teams? Come on coaches have a responsibility on the DAY

@Coachingjoshua @CoachVear There's not but the this doesn't help get more clubs… maybe if you are that good enter Prem. Maybe this is one less club next season. We have to work together to fix it and is a slow process

@CMBskillz @bigatki121 Unfortunately so, the coach of the other team has to commented in thread. I just hope this team now enters Prem for next season. Its a shame these blowouts happen in conference. League structure does need looking at BUT coaches can stop these scorelines

I'm sorry but this is so wrong on every level... No one won here. Put rules/conditions in, stop and do a joint scrimmage. Anything the keep girls playing and engaged 🙈
