This afternoon the ladies of the Transportation Subcommittee for the Char-Meck Planning Commission took a trip on the @CATSRideTransit Blue Line train to provide feedback on Charlotte's transportation priorities.
Thanks to @winnerspath for the transit passes.

Presentations included the Regional Transit Plan, Charlotte Gateway Station project by CATS Director @johnlewcats, and NC First Commission by NCDOT Board Member @TonyLathropLaw

Very lively and extensive discussion on the update to the Tree Ordinance during the meeting - and plenty of rezonings!
Honored to be the Keynote Speaker at the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)- Southern Branch October Meeting today.
