@erinsteph_x The storage cluster had an issue related to its SSD storage drive, but it is currently recovering.Our system engineers are working on resolving the matter.We expect that by tomorrow everything should be back to normal,but for the time being,we cannot provide you with an exact ETA
@Franz_Dice@Franz_Dice About 30 minutes ago our systems started reporting network and connectivity failures across all systems in the same datacenter as the one where your service is hosted. This has now been fixed and everything should be back to normal. Please check on your end as well.

Sorry about that! As announced in the client area, we're currently performing some preventative network maintenance as we upgrade to a new network cluster that'll allow us to provide a better, more resilient service.
