Esophageal Stenting for Stricture
Esophageal stenting is an endoscopic procedure used to restore the esophageal lumen when a severe stricture causes significant dysphagia.
A self-expanding metal stent (SEMS) is positioned across the narrowed segment and then expanded, creating a channel that allows food and liquids to pass more easily.
It is most commonly used for malignant esophageal obstruction, although selected refractory benign strictures may also require temporary stenting.
⚠️ Important complications include stent migration, chest pain, bleeding, perforation, reflux, and recurrent obstruction.
From a pinhole lumen to a functional swallowing passage—sometimes a few centimeters of metal can dramatically restore a patient’s ability to eat.
@Ukulelejnr1312 I don't think such ancient musical instrument will be limited to only men?
It will definitely also extend to women of certain values who has motivated the younger women that aside from child bearing they can also be part of something that elevates the Nations wellbeing.
UPDATE.
Ogene Music is igbo people's natural gift, it's high time those rarely bestowed with such gift stop using it to celebrate masked thieves & nonsense.
