I’m just a beggar, going around telling other beggars where to find bread and living water. Jesus is the only way, only truth and the source of eternal life.
@GallaherCaren@doctorgretchen Asking patients to cut off their noses to spite their face? Getting in to be seen within 2-3 weeks vs 3-8 months to see the physician. What would you tell your family members?
@NonpoliticalMD@pppforpatients @CatDocMD @MidlevelCare So what is being done to lift residency caps and allow transitional or unmatched MDs to practice? Or are we all just shitting on NPs and PAs? Asking for a friend …
@NonpoliticalMD@pppforpatients @CatDocMD @MidlevelCare PAs and NPs are a free market solution to archaic government capped residency policy’s. The blame is squarely on the shoulders of MDs/DOs for not advocating to address this issue effectively. However 500 hours, wtf!?! Scary.
@RBlockMD Places I’ve worked, and grievances from my peers, many MDs or DOs won’t get off their chair playing candy crush unless it’s an ESI 1. Then we get shit on if we attempt to collaborate for being incompetent and shit on when we don’t collaborate. Not all, but many …
@PAallergy@HalstedMD Too busy playing candy crush not wanting to be bothered. Being verbally abusive, condescending and demeaning if we ask questions, or if we don’t ask questions. Not all, but enough …
@mgoldingmd@thebowlofserial@HalstedMD No worries. I try in inject some humor into this shit show. Especially since we all seem to be too busy infighting, not getting shit done to fix the underlying issues at hand.
@pppforpatients David Mou, MD - Board certified Psychiatrist and CMO
On April 27, Matthew Truebe, a former vice president for the company, filed a lawsuit that claimed Cerebral’s chief medical officer told employees his goal was to prescribe stimulants to 100% of Cerebral’s ADHD patients.
@HalstedMD All this infighting. Keeps us distracted and dysfunctional. Focused on something else other than fixing the underlying issue at hand. Plenty of qualified MDs not getting into residency, unable to practice medicine, but a shortage exists that the free market filled with PAs/NPs.
@ion_the_prize @sassistheword Honestly if those numbers are true, shouldn’t we stop all CRNAs from practicing? 8% higher mortality rate is significant. Or is that % acceptable to keep the ORs open and the $$$ flowing? Hmm
@whatsupdoc82 Where as my 225lbs meat sack + kit, mediocre PT scores and all, snatching up mofos, tossing over my shoulder or dragging them, returning fire, etc. My point is FUNCTIONALITY!!! That needs to be the test.
@whatsupdoc82 So many moons ago, the PT stud of all PT studs. The #1 dude. Needed a second extended scale. Let’s just say he struggled very much trying to pull my 225lb meat sack of a body plus full kit, out of a vehicle, then buddy carry me to a safe area.
