In these experiments performed by immunofluorescence we were able to see differences between controls and patients.
Because of this, a goal for the future is to be able to transfer these studies to the clinic and perform them on lymphocytes from patients.🔬💊🧫

Lymphoblasts from ALS patients have been used as a cell model and we have been able to label key cytoplasmic proteins of the disease using different QDs.
