On a trip home from school for spring break, Lev finds out his father's fairy tales growing up weren't just tales. His whole world is stood on its head in this fantasy where the Heavens meet the Earth, in "Heaven's Heir." #YouDeservepIt#WIP#YA#F
Gonna be pet/house sitting this weekend and looking forward to having reduced distractions so I can focus on my writing! Slowly brainstorming how to work around my writer's block to do so...
You know what I love about writing? That so long as it evokes emotion and gets your brain thinking in a good way, there's legit no real rules. Yeah, you should learn convention so you know HOW to break convention. But the rules? Made up! Don't fret the rules, write the words.
How is it with every book I read, I gain three or more books to add to my TBR? Not that I'm complaining. Means I will always have a book i want to read in waiting.
As someone who once had a reactive dog, who was good with n people but not other dogs, it really bugs the hell out of me when people don't leash their dogs in shared communal spaces. Be a responsible dog owner and take them to the dog park if you want them free outside. #thanks
@RossBailey1980 I find that I read a lot more when I have multiple books going at a time. Something about changing up what i'm reading just keeps me hooked for longer.
@brclothwrites I think it depends on who you're doing it with. I had a blast with some friends who love doing puzzles and don't get egotistical about solving it. Really good if you have a good team. Awful if you don't.
