Any feedback on our #QExchange idea to use video reflexive ethnography to empower staff led #QI in healthcare is very welcome! See below to help us refine our ideas further @VREthnography
New publication by colleagues @Ann_Dadich & @RebeccaEOlson offering practical advice for those planning studies in healthcare using VRE and thinking about impact.

If you want to do a PhD on assessment/digital learning, talk to us @CRADLEdeakin. Lots of great projects and a topped-up (extra $) scholarship available. My topics are feedback (esp. feedback literacy) and cheating/integrity... my DMs are open! https://t.co/xVgP0aYDzl
Are you an NHS member of staff interested in doing a PhD. Amazing opportunity here for fully funded places. We need expressions of interest before the end of March. This is a simple form at this stage. You don’t have to have ideas worked up yet. #ahp
Watching footage from hospital @VREthnography palliative care study - ward clerk “some folks ask me - am I intimidated by the medical staff?” “Absolutely not - I treat them all the same -whatever level … and they don’t have a fax machine😉”

I've just completed my first reflexive focus group, moving me
into the last stage of my #videoreflexiveethnography PhD project, exploring trainees' learning in clinics. The @VREthnography members gave me useful tips for doing them online, meaning lots of productive discussions.
To write well
you first have to write
badly.
Get some words down. However bad you think they are, you now have something to improve on. Review, rewrite and repeat. #acwri#PhDchat#PhDforum#ECRchat#AcWriMo2021

Love the engagement with bedside nurses ...one nurse using the 4AT with one patient ...and learnings - no assumptions made at the outset! Resistance is often lack of clarity! Great work @WalpoleBrianna
Unite is back on!!! After 17 months of Covid interruption, I have picked up data collection. 4 hospital meetings videoed today. It’s a new world though. Teams and in-person discussion the new norm. I am so thankful of supportive #nhs staff making this happen. @arc_em
Application to join @VREthnography submitted. Thankyou @aimeecharnell for the recommendations. I am looking forward to learning from the experts and applying #VRE methods to my PhD project looking at technology adoption in Heath @UniofBradford and @wolfsoncahr
@aimeecharnell@lisigordon@AMEE_Online LOVE this - saw Rick Iedema introduce video reflexive auto-ethnography years ago (in another life..). Caught my imagination then, and it still changes my approach to learning. You can give yourself such detailed feedback if you learn to see yourself through fresh eyes. #AMEE2021
