btw, amazon does this to their partners too, and tries to source new and well selling products themselves. It just seems to be the reckless way of large corporations.

If you break the OfB TOS, they threaten to stop renewing your/your clients OfB subscription and effectivly bricking the hardware.

@CixLiv @oculus @FBRealityLabs @YUR_fit @mattconte @c_pruett 3v4 This is logistical idiocy (you cant source the hardware, install everything, deploy a turn key system and send a single invoice). Obviously FB can now see who is selling what to whom. The same setup as with the game developers.

Huge step for the #vr industry. More approachable device, better price = more deployed units = larger market = better for developers n studios = studios can easily convert to HMD with smaller userbases (thx to #UnrealEngine & #unity3d ) = whole VR ecosystem gets a lift!
