@jagograhakjago I have put a Relocation request on 15th April to @JioFiber I was asked to pay 1111. I paid. I was asked that by the 18th the fiber modem/device will be installed at the new location. It's 29th April. I am fed up with Jio Fiber, please process my refund.

@airtelfiber is far better than @jiofiber. @jio is unprofessional. @jiocare asks you to contact this and that but don't resolve your problem.

Be without internet but don't ever go for @jiofiber. They will take money but won't install. They have taken my 1111 and they don't care to install even after 14 days.
