@VishalBhargava5 So true! Atleast it should be zero or minimal for first time home buyers below a particular size. Bound to provide huge impetus to many industries, employment along witj direct & indirect taxes
Is it the return of the underdog builder?
Possibly, yes. After being clobbered in the last few years, they appear to have regrouped and reassessed the market reality. If they succeed, it will be a healthy. For them - and Mumbai real estate.

Most people know the thought process of larger developers. My thoughts after meeting small, mid-size builders of BDA
1) Growing importance of data in planning projects.
2) Understanding importance of social media.
3) No delusions on price expectation.
4) Aiming to build brands.
Attended the Real Estate conclave organized by the association - BDA. Met many small and medium size developers. Interesting offerings coming up in the western suburbs of the city. Decent turnout for a Sunday afternoon. Confidence in the air with a degree of caution.

@VishalBhargava5 Missed your tweet last time. Next tine you plan to visit, I shall be glad to show you around DN Nagar. Transformation of one LIG colony into a modern residential community which had become a location of choice over 5years of untiring efforts
Would you stay in a place where there is no proper sanitization or clean surroundings?
At BDA we pledge to re-develop a maximum number of places that require immediate attention.
