Our new case report has been published online at CCI. This case indicates that the BASE-facilitated TD-ADR is a good antegrade approach for CTO lesions with ambiguous proximal cap. Congrats, Vidya!

Poor GC selection not enough backup to reach the destination… successfully penetrated the distal after better backup. Yet it was not true cto… mostly organized thrombus from mid RCA in recent STEMI without previous revacularization.
My dose was at 1.7 microsievert (uSv) - it equates to eating 6 Brazil nuts. At this average and if I do 1000 cases per year (lead free), I am only on 9% on my allowable 20 millisievert (mSv) limit . Yearly background radiation received by a person just living on the planet, is 2.4mSv (this radiation comes from the sun, soil, etc.) @RAMPARTic@VRejeki28@calcbreaker
