New backend tools, allowing me to safely add and roll back changes without breaking anything.
This release mostly sets the FRAMEwork for future releases, so nothing interesting here yet. 😃

VR Hotspot turns your Linux handheld, PC, or laptop into a dedicated access point for VR headsets using a USB Wi-Fi 6 (or better) adapter, enabling direct low-latency streaming with no router required. Perfect for MiniPC and headless setups.
Supports ALVR, Steam Link and WiVRn!
@LumiiVRC@bazzite_gg@pop_os_official@CachyOS yes, you can absolutely do this with a router and get better performance. VR Hotspot is ideal when using a VR capable PC/laptop in environments where you don’t have access to a router, or only have access to a slow or unsecured one. Like when traveling for example.
what’s next for @vrhotspot:
• Pop!_OS (Ubuntu) support (70% done)
• Windows 11 support (95% done, nearing initial release)
• macOS support (🤬!#🤬🚽🤬%#^🤬)
I’m having trouble getting SteamVR to launch games properly on latest @bazzite_gg. SteamVR home works and IS tracking, but games won’t launch, so it’s hard to tell what’s going on. @vrhotspot seems to be working tho..!
