I used to tell people @kroger fuel points were a good deal. No more. My Kroger card no longer works at the fuel pumps (though fine in store) and NO ONE SEEMS ABLE TO FIX IT. More than a month now, 'invalid loyalty." And no outreach. Pure stonewalling from supervisors on up.
