Steven Ferguson, is a VSI CEO of a Sports Organisation graduate and a dedicated servant of Ross County Football Club who has demonstrated an impressive transition from player to executive leader.

Beginning his journey with the club as a player in 1996, Steven has since held numerous roles, including Academy Director and First Team Co-Manager.

In June 2020, Steven took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Ross County FC. Under his guidance, the club navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic with resilience and strategic insight—skills he developed further through the VSI CEO Programme.
