Complaint submitted to the competent authorities regarding certain YouTubers and self-proclaimed journalists who allegedly entered private property, conducted recordings from within the land, declared disputed issues as settled facts, and publicly branded individuals as “encroachers” and “land grabbers” without any adjudication by a competent authority.

Land disputes, title issues, FTL classifications and regulatory questions must be determined through lawful inquiry, official records and due process—not through trespass, media trials or social-media verdicts.

Requesting preservation of digital evidence and a fair investigation into criminal trespass, misinformation, defamation and narratives capable of creating avoidable regional tensions.

భూమి ప్రభుత్వ భూమా, పట్టా భూమా, శికం భూమా, FTL పరిధిలో ఉందా లేదా అనే విషయాలు యూట్యూబ్ స్టూడియోలలో, ప్రెస్ మీట్లలో లేదా సోషల్ మీడియా ట్రయల్స్‌లో తేలే అంశాలు కావు. వాటిని నిర్ణయించే అధికారం సంబంధిత రెవెన్యూ, ఇరిగేషన్, HMDA, HYDRAA రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ శాఖలు మరియు చివరికి చట్టబద్ధ న్యాయస్థానాలకే ఉంటుంది.

ప్రస్తుతం సోషల్ మీడియా, యూట్యూబ్ ఛానళ్లలో కొందరు స్వయంఘోషిత జర్నలిస్టులు, రాజకీయ విశ్లేషకులు, యూట్యూబ్ వ్యాఖ్యాతలు తామే రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు, తామే విచారణాధికారులు, తామే కోర్టులు అన్నట్టుగా వ్యవహరిస్తూ ప్రజలను తప్పుదోవ పట్టించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు.

కోడి చెరువు (Lake ID: 1600/E/02)కు సంబంధించి అధికారికంగా సిద్ధం చేసిన Revenue/FTL Statement ప్రకారం Survey No.706 మొత్తం Ac.13-13 విస్తీర్ణంలో "Ownership" కాలమ్‌లో స్పష్టంగా "Patta" అని నమోదు చేయబడింది. అదే పట్టికలో Survey No.707 మాత్రమే "Sarkari"గా చూపబడింది. అయినప్పటికీ ఎటువంటి తుది న్యాయ నిర్ణయం లేకుండా "100% కబ్జా", "100% ఆక్రమణ", "ప్రభుత్వ భూమి దోపిడీ" అంటూ ప్రచారం చేయడం ఎంతవరకు సమంజసం?

ఒక వ్యక్తి చట్టబద్ధంగా భూమిని కొనుగోలు చేసి, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయించుకుని, ప్రభుత్వ రికార్డుల్లో పట్టాదారుగా నమోదై, పట్టాదారు పాస్‌బుక్, టైటిల్ డాక్యుమెంట్లు పొందిన తర్వాత, ఆ హక్కులను యూట్యూబ్ వీడియోల ద్వారా రద్దు చేసే అధికారం ఎవరికీ లేదు.

నిజంగా ప్రభుత్వ భూమి, చెరువు, కుంట లేదా FTL ఆక్రమణ జరిగి ఉంటే సంబంధిత శాఖలకు ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలి. అధికారులు చర్యలు తీసుకోకపోతే కోర్టులను ఆశ్రయించాలి. అదే Rule of Law.

కానీ ప్రైవేట్ ఆస్తులలోకి ప్రవేశించి "ఇది నీ భూమి కాదు", "ఇది చెరువు", "నీకీ పట్టా ఎలా వచ్చింది?", "నువ్వు అక్రమంగా తెచ్చుకున్నావు" అంటూ వీడియోలు తీసి లక్షలాది మందికి ప్రసారం చేయడం, వ్యక్తులను ముందుగానే నేరస్థులుగా చిత్రీకరించడం ఏ చట్టం అనుమతిస్తోంది?

భారత రాజ్యాంగం Article 19(1)(a) కింద భావ ప్రకటన స్వేచ్ఛను కల్పించింది. కానీ అదే రాజ్యాంగం ప్రతి భారత పౌరుడికి Article 19(1)(d) కింద దేశంలో ఎక్కడైనా స్వేచ్ఛగా సంచరించే హక్కు, Article 19(1)(e) కింద దేశంలోని ఏ రాష్ట్రంలోనైనా నివసించే మరియు స్థిరపడే హక్కు, Article 19(1)(g) కింద చట్టబద్ధమైన వృత్తి, వ్యాపారం లేదా ఇతర కార్యకలాపాలు నిర్వహించే హక్కును కూడా కల్పించింది.

కాబట్టి ఒక భారత పౌరుడు మరో రాష్ట్రంలో చట్టబద్ధంగా ఆస్తి కొనుగోలు చేయడాన్ని కేవలం అతని ప్రాంతీయ గుర్తింపును ఆధారంగా చేసుకొని అనుమానాస్పదంగా చిత్రీకరించడం రాజ్యాంగ స్ఫూర్తికి విరుద్ధం. ఇటువంటి వ్యాఖ్యలు జాతీయ సమైక్యతను దెబ్బతీయడమే కాకుండా ప్రాంతీయ విద్వేషాలకు దారితీసే ప్రమాదం ఉంది.

అందువల్ల సంబంధిత వీడియోలు, సోషల్ మీడియా పోస్టులు మరియు ప్రచారాలను పరిశీలించి, అవి Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023లోని Section 196 (వివిధ వర్గాల మధ్య విద్వేషాలను ప్రోత్సహించడం), Section 197 (జాతీయ సమైక్యతకు హానికరమైన వ్యాఖ్యలు), Section 353 (ప్రజల్లో భయం, అపోహలు లేదా ప్రజా అశాంతికి దారితీసే తప్పుడు సమాచారం ప్రచారం) తదితర వర్తించే నిబంధనలను ఆకర్షిస్తున్నాయా అనే అంశాన్ని దర్యాప్తు చేయవలసిందిగా విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాను.

ప్రజాస్వామ్యంలో విమర్శలు స్వాగతించదగినవే. కానీ సోషల్ మీడియా ట్రయల్స్, నిర్ధారణ కాని ఆరోపణలను నిజాలుగా ప్రచారం చేయడం, ప్రాంతీయ విద్వేషాలను రెచ్చగొట్టడం మాత్రం భావ ప్రకటన స్వేచ్ఛ కాదు.
