@yeghig @ArmenianWeekly Another question. According to Stefan Talmon’s “Who is a legitimate gov in exile?”, if it’s not a recognized state, then it’s not a legitimate government in exile, based on the intl law, as I understand. Thus how is it possible if Artsakh is not recognized internationally?
