Unfortunately it seems my 3rd @TheSimsMobile prediction was true! I really wanted to be wrong.. and still ZERO communication on the last update bugs and glitches. Now they're just taking money from new players. DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS GAME! THERE'S NO SUPPORT! #thesimsmobile

Just so everyone is aware what exactly to expect from this "fix". Here is a before and after of my Jetty Lot showing what was returned. The audacity you all have to mark my ticket as fixed is astounding.

Fix released...
It seems that all the items have been put in players inventories rather than restored lots but it's something.
What's not good enough is...that's not what people paid for.
Too slow, too little transparency.

@rachybop 100% what is happening. They're accessing specific individual games and giving those players some items and thats why they are kicked out of the game to do that. This is not a "fix" and not going to ALL players affected. A fix this big requires no download?? It's damage control.
@MrsM_Sims Maybe I should do it too. The thing that's bothering me the most about this game is all the grinding 😄
I'll think about it. And wth, if I lose the game, it's not like I'm playing it anyway

@EAHelp If only you were as keen to help all @TheSimsMobile players who have been unable to access their games for weeks, and/or lost all their progress on the house lot they PAID REAL MONEY for - issues caused by the latest update. The silence from @EA and TSM team is UNACCEPTABLE 😡
