I’ve now been put through to reservations again who can’t help me and tell me to speak to Customer Care. Stop making me go in circles .@Qantas and help me, a PAYING customer. This is straight up bad business.

Got through on the phone to complaints .@Qantas and asked to be out through to customer care to honor the price of the flight I want, but got out through to reservations. Reservations then hung up on me. 🤬

Called back to complaints and got told there’s some thing happening with the reservations line and customer care line having crossed wires. Waited to be transferred again and got hung up on AGAIN.

I’ve even filed a complaint but no response. I wish you had some competition in the market so I could take my business elsewhere. alas, have to wait until someone decides to take their finger out and fix the online portal or can get onto a rep before the cost goes up. WTAF. 2/2

Hey @Qantas I’m on day 2 of trying to change my moms flight. When I finally got on the phone to a rep yesterday, the price increased from $55 to $310! I’ve checked now and it’s gone down to $5 but your online system is still throwing errors!!! 1/2

@Qantas fix your online change booking system (have tried 5x)!! Keep getting the same error (see pic) to make changes and calling days 2+ hours wait! If you don’t want people to call, make your online function properly. Need help make a booking change asap.
