Apparently card 2 had a bad chip so they shut it down & mailed in standard mail a 3rd card that I should have by Thursday. Just waiting on a credit from Amazon; then going elsewhere

@geo662 @askcomenity @BankofAmerica I finally got a manager after several phone calls and a total of 3 hrs and 45 mins on hold . Finally got my card today and got it activated. The manager told me they were trying to hire more people; they should have thought of that 6-12 mths ago when they started this process.

@geo662 @askcomenity Yes you can hang up but when you have an issue and no account attached to you yet you have no option. I can’t even put into words how much frustration and embarrassment this debacle has caused me.

@vogelgiebhaber I have you beat. I was on hold 1 hour and when I said a manager I was on hold for another hour. I finally hung up and called again the next day for another 1 hour hold.

@janetr12 I spent 3 hours on hold only to be told the cards issued aren’t any good. Supposed to have new cards within 48 hours. That didn’t happen either. It’s a a mess.
