Dear alumni and friends of Virginia Tech Biological Sciences, Virginia Tech’s 2026 Giving Day is underway and will close today at noon. If you have not had a chance to make a donation and plan to make one, please consider donating to the Department of Biological Sciences.

Donations to the department really do help. In recent years, we have used funds from Giving Day to provide summer research scholarships to undergraduate students, to support graduate student recruiting and training, to enable fundamental research, and much more.
