The power of community. Over the last few months 60 students completed our health system micro credentials sponsored by @HQSCNZ Many clinicians, consumers, investigators and HR professionals have self organised a network to develop restorative work in their own contexts.

We are currently working with a psychiatric hospital for young people - they’ve introduced restorative practices & recorded incidents have instantly dropped by 2/3rds on the ward. The enthusiasm & appetite for working this way is humbling & how it sings to everyone’s core values
