Gobsmacked at how @British_Airways can damage my bag and get away with not compensating me! I returned from holiday just before Christmas Day and due to the festive period contacted them on the 7th day. They’ve told me my claim falls outside of the claim period. @BritishAirwSUCK

@LeShuttle_Help we are travelling from Calais to Folkstone and have a flexiplus ticket however, there is no Flexiplus queue? Is there any reason for this? We have had to interrupt the normal queue where someone kindly allowed us in. Is there an issue with Flexiplus please?
