KPSC job aspirants in Karnataka are being harassed by the police under instructions from the state government. On one hand, students are denied even the basic right to protest against alleged KPSC irregularities; on the other, they are being booked under criminal cases, jeopardizing their chances of securing government employment.

With nearly 2.4 lakh vacancies in government departments, around 1 lakh in boards and corporations, and about 15,000 in universities, the lack of urgency from the government is deeply concerning. Meanwhile, cases against those accused in KPSC-related scams are reportedly being withdrawn.

Where is the justice in all this?
