Another gem from Madhya Pradesh.
A few days ago, CM Mohan Yadav boasted that MP had again topped the country in wheat procurement at MSP, procuring 1.04 crore metric tonnes from 1.34 million registered farmers.
Turns out, this figure was reached because a network of fake farmers and govt officials collaborated to scam his govt. Between March 5 and March 10, when fraudsters took advantage of the closing window for state wheat procurement registration. During late-night and early-morning hours, they created fake farmer profiles on the state portal. Local revenue officials, including Patwaris and Tehsildars, bypassed mandatory physical verifications and validated these fake registrations without checking actual land-share agreements.
With the fraudulent profiles successfully approved, the scammers purchased cheap wheat from the open market in neighboring states and brought it to govt procurement centers across MP. They passed off this cheap grain under the fake profiles to exploit the state's higher MSP rate of ₹2,585 per quintal along with govt bonuses and earned anywhere between ₹400 - ₹700 per quintal of profit.
The Economic Offences Wing of the state has initiated an investigation into the matter.
NEET student Harsh Dubey who triggered a viral conversation on RESERVATION on my show last night, was at Jantar Mantar today.
Had a more detailed chat with him at the protest site. Watch here:
If you're talking about "fair education system," start with Reservation.
It is one of the biggest issues affecting hardworking students.
Hats off to Harsh Dubey. We need more such voices at student protests.

In NEET-PG 2025, candidates with scores as low as –40 out of 800 were allowed to participate in PG counselling. A negative score was considered qualifying.
These extremely low scores, at which seats were actually allotted, indicate a serious crisis in academic standards. A reasonable minimum qualifying merit must be established to maintain the integrity of medical education and the healthcare system.
Forget about dialogue or discussion. So far, neither the Government nor the Opposition has said a word about this because it does not suit their agenda, and it would affect their vote banks and political interests.
Even those who are protesting today in the name of concerns about the education system are not addressing this issue because they too have political ambitions and know that speaking about it could cost them support rather than gain it.
Let me take you to another ride of another victory which was nearly a defeat if not for Axar Patel with the bat a gripping tale from the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023, held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. What was anticipated as another smooth spin-dominated Indian win turned into a nerve-wracking contest, where momentum swung like a pendulum until India clawed back thanks to Axar’s grit, Ashwin-Jadeja’s craft, and Australia’s implosion.
The irony is that he was the one who used to tell contestants not to blur the lines about what they were selling — and now he’s doing exactly the same thing

Dear Delhi, it's time to wake up and rise! The 10-year diesel vehicle ban is not about the environment, it’s a cover-up for years of failed planning, zero pollution control, and lazy governance.
Why should honest vehicle owners suffer when the real culprits are those in power who did nothing to build clean, sustainable alternatives?
Raise your voice. Demand accountability. Fight this injustice. Your car isn’t the problem, their incompetence is.
And remember, the whole of India stands with you.
This isn’t just Delhi’s battle, it’s every citizen’s fight against reckless and thoughtless governance.
kinda crazy how all of Indian twitter got together
to fight against false narratives
to squash misinformation
to speak our truth loud and clear
to back our country in whatever way we could
