I'm sure it's 100% coincidence that there have been Kremlin disinfo campaigns heavily targeting Oregon the past few years, & that Oregon has shown pockets of susceptibility to conspiracy theories (a favorite psychological targeting factor of the Kremlin -- & Trump data operation)
