Never seen the new UC football coach in any videos. @LanceMcAlister have you?
Here’s the difference between our loser of a head coach and Luke Fickell.
You want to compare their first seasons and say they were similar but Satterfield has no vision or plan to get us back.
Sean hit on the difference between Fickell bad first year and Satterfield bad first year.
Fickell’s message was clear and he communicated it better. The hope was there for the program.
Satterfield hasn’t even tried to inspire the fan base.
@LanceMcAlister needs to read this
“Sometimes people, and the fans, can’t see the future. They can’t see the vision. They can’t see what I can see.” -Coach Satterfield.
That’s his job as CEO of the program.
My recommendation to UC:
1.) Get Satterfield a PR person to help simply outline the vision and culture he wants to build at UC. Make it simple, distinct, and memorable.
2.) Hire a video team this offseason to build videos and content around the 1-2 simple themes of his vision. Hammer the same message.
3.) Meet with fans, donors, and do local media events to sell the 1-2 simple themes of his vision for the program.
Most people will need 10-20 impressions of his vision for it to stick.
Right now fans don’t know what he is building or what his vision is for the program.
A bad year with a strong, clearly articulated vision is forgivable.
Communication and messaging is hurting him right now.
BREAKING: #Bengals QB Joe Burrow will be out for the season due to the right wrist injury suffered on Thursday night in Baltimore, per team source.
Torn a ligament and likely to require surgery.
Jake Browning takes over at QB.
Wondering if @Reds David Bell will apologize to Ashcraft for rolling out his AAA lineup tonight.
Be nice if @Enquirer reporter would ask why this lineup would be even considered during a playoff race.
Mind you. After a day off!
Can’t wait to hear @LanceMcAlister defend it.
@fccincinnati You all are going to let people in this time?! Wow. So generous of you all. Hoping you refund people for not being able to get to go today to watch finishing of match.
College graduation speeches are often evergreen. They can be given at any time, similar from decade to decade.
Which is why Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker’s “How To Spot An Idiot” at Northwestern’s graduation is so genius.
It is the speech for TODAY
@CoachHuggs we lost the great Dan Wolterman this evening. He loved you and always talked about the “good ole days” back at UC when you all worked together. Thanks for having a positive impact on him.
Congrats to @erickinney77 on his big WIN in Frankfort, OH in the @RileyDeckerCo, @thejob_center race car! Awesome to see his success and excited to see him race here soon! He deserves a shot @GatewayDirt in St. Louis in December!!! Let’s get him an invite! #dirtindecember
