Just a reminder, Goodwill is not a real charity. It is a a network of independent 501(c)(3) nonprofits under Goodwill Industries International (GII) worth 7 billion dollars. I was a worker donating to them many years ago. There local CEOS make close to 1 million dollars a year.

Goodwill is a collection of regional affiliates. The president of the national group earns around $750,000 a year the CEOs of the 12 largest affiliates average between 600,000 and $1 million each.

This doesn’t include perks for things like travel, food, entertainment, vehicles, clothing, etc.
