@virginmedia This is the message we get. It’s always the same message telling us there is a delay.Issues with main intake. engineers & highways already came to the site a month ago. Now we’re delayed another month. You are blocking us moving into our home and we can’t work. @virginmedia

JUNE - signed up and installation for September
SEPTEMBER - installation delayed until OCTOBER
OCTOBER - installation delayed until NOVEMBER 3rd
NOVEMBER - installation delayed AGAIN.
Really need to get a grip on your service. SORT IT OUT. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
