@FaryaBlender3D Thank you! I actually didnt use any trim sheets for this project, instead i used a combination of tiling materials with rgb masks in unreal. I also made a couple of base materials in substance that i used for some things like the concrete and plaster, that might look better baked

Breakdown of the modular kit I made for my new environment project! Really focused on consistency in texturing and modeling, as well as reusability! Honestly I really love how these turned out !
