Virginia Mock Trial (VaMT) is the four-time national champion undergraduate mock trial program at the University of Virginia.

This past weekend VAMT traveled to Durham to compete at Tobacco Road Invitational! Congrats to Wahoo for placing third and Cavalier for an honorable mention. Another congrats to Hovsep, Claire, and Michael on their attorney awards! 🧡

VaMT goes to North Carolina and comes back champions! Congratulations to Team Wahoo for WINNING the Tobacco Road Invitational and to Team Cavalier for placing 3rd! The teams finished with a combined record of 13-3 and two individual awards. Thanks to Duke for hosting us!

After trailers, fairs, info sessions, and a RECORD number of tryouts, we’re excited to announce our six new members! Congratulations to Aidan, Brayson, Evangelia, Margot, Michael, and Sam! Now VaMT begins the #RoadToCleveland!

We are thrilled to announce that VaMT has won its FOURTH NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!! This season VaMT won six tournament (tying for the program record) and twenty-six individual awards! Thank you to all of our coaches, alumni, and family members for their support!

Today, VaMT had their last meeting of 2023 at the 15th Annual Pancake Breakfast! Thank you to the Wileys for their continued kindness and support; we love getting to spend the holidays with you! It’s been a great Fall, and we’re looking forward to an even better Spring!

Last weekend VaMT hosted the 20th annual GAMTI, back at its home at the Moultrie Courthouse in DC! Team 972 took home the giant gavel with 9 wins, and two program members won individual awards! Next stop, Pancakes!
