@omwambaKE I used to work at a Kibandaski in Githurai... The owner would buy 1Kg beef every morning full of bones. Customers wa kwanza wakikula hizo mifupa, we don't throw away. We recycle them till we close as many customers won't realise hazina nyama. Also, customers wakibakisha food.
