Absolute nonsense. As one tiny example, the capital infrastructure of the NHS has been so woefully underfunded for such a long time that there have been hundreds of recent sewage leaks onto hospital wards, cancer units +A and E departments 🚨

And this happens every time you renew your license with a home visit from the police to check everything is securely locked
