@EONhelp Furthermore she did contact you in Jan only to be treated with disrespect by E-on staff. They refused to put a stop on the bill/ debt collection process until ombudsman could consider the case. Total disregard for the laws which should protect customers.

@EONhelp Today on RIP Off Britain. It is ILLEGAL to pursue outstanding bills after one year. E-on harassed my daughter for payment after a period of 5 years. No bill due to E-on incompetence, then threat of legal action. Outrageous.

@EONhelp The bill was only produced in January 2020. The property was rented from 17 July 2014 - 16 July 2015. Producing a bill after 4.5 years is not within the timeframe you refer to and it was a final demand threatening legal action would be taken.

@ProfKarolSikora Just seen there’s movement afoot to sue gov. over exam results situation. How about mounting a similar legal approach on gov/MPs for failure of ‘Duty of Care’ for all but Covid patients? Perhaps they would understand a negligence/manslaughter suit? #desperate times

@ProfKarolSikora It’s outrageous how this has gone largely unreported yet Covid is sensationally reported on daily. So many people being abandoned by NHS is unacceptable. MSM have the power to make @MattHandcock face this & address it. Sadly they choose not to.

She was told she would get a colposcopy appt in July. She contacted GP last week & was told it will now be Sept at earliest. Our nerves are in shreds. This is unbearable.
