@systemswindler He likely failed up. Likely incompetent like. Just like Ryan, Toby, Tom, Brad. Why would a competent person take this job that is clearly a scam. $ltnc

1. WHY BOBBY MATTERS
Great brands aren't built by products alone. They're built by people who know how to win at retail, execute in the marketplace, and scale brands nationally.
2. Bobby has spent years helping build and grow some of the most recognized brands in the beverage industry, including experience with Surfside and Modelo. His background spans distributor management, commercial strategy, retail execution, and national brand growth. Those aren't skills you learn overnight. They're earned through experience.
3. In this business, execution is everything. Great products only become great brands when they consistently reach the right retailers, distributors, and consumers. Bobby understands how brands grow from regional success stories into national names. That's the type of experience we're adding to our team.
4. As Adios continues expanding, we're focused on surrounding the business with proven operators who understand how to build brands the right way. This isn't about one hire. It's about building a leadership team capable of creating long-term value through disciplined execution and strategic growth.
5. We're excited about where we're headed. Adios continues gaining momentum, and we're committed to adding experienced leaders, strengthening key partnerships, and executing one market at a time.
The work is just beginning.
Thank you to everyone supporting the journey.

Dear Fellow Shareholders,
Today marks an important milestone for Kultura Brands, and I wanted to personally reach out to share why this announcement is so meaningful for our Company and its future.
This morning, we announced the appointment of Daniel "Bobby" Bilicki II as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kultura Beverage Group.
Bobby brings more than 15 years of beverage alcohol and consumer packaged goods experience, including senior leadership roles at Stateside Brands and Constellation Brands. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, developed strong relationships with many of the nation's leading retailers and distributors, and played an important role in the commercial growth of emerging beverage brands.
As we evaluated the next phase of Kultura's evolution, it became clear that adding an executive with Bobby's experience, leadership, and execution capabilities would significantly strengthen our organization. Building great brands requires more than great products. It requires exceptional people, disciplined execution, and a long-term vision. Bobby embodies those qualities.
His appointment also reflects our broader strategy of assembling an experienced leadership team capable of building Kultura Beverage Group into a scalable national platform. We believe our opportunity extends well beyond a single product or brand. Our vision is to create a portfolio of innovative consumer brands supported by experienced operators who understand how to execute at the highest level.
Over the past several months, we have continued to strengthen the Company's leadership, partnerships, and strategic direction. Bobby's addition represents another meaningful step in that journey, and we believe his experience will complement the outstanding work already being done throughout our organization.
On behalf of our Board of Directors and executive leadership team, I want to thank our shareholders for your continued confidence and support. We recognize that building long-term value requires consistent execution, transparency, and accountability, and we remain committed to earning your trust every day.
While there is still significant work ahead, we believe we are building a stronger foundation for sustainable growth, and we are excited about the opportunities in front of us.
Thank you for your continued support of Kultura Brands.
Sincerely,
Brad Wyatt

Shareholder Update
Today, Kultura Brands submitted the corporate filings to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation by establishing a fixed authorized common share limit of 50 billion shares, replacing the Company's previous unlimited authorization.
This amendment represents the first phase of a broader review of the Company's capital structure and corporate framework.
Capital allocation and corporate governance are long term disciplines. The decisions made today should support the Company we intend to build over the years ahead.
The filing is currently progressing through the applicable state review process and is expected to become effective upon completion of that process.
Additional corporate updates will be provided as individual initiatives are finalized and appropriate for public disclosure.

@DRsLoungePod This would never be allowed in a hospital like Mayo for rich, well-educated, insured patients. Inner-city doctor practices differ greatly from those serving well-insured patient populations.
@anish_koka@Sensible__Med There was a time when nobody got excited about observational studies because residual confounding factors can never be corrected, and these types of studies are hypothesis-generating at most.
@DRsLoungePod I think she is lying or misrepresenting the part about her program asking for an abortion. I believe her to be smart but likely misrepresenting many of her life events
Big week for @epiclabor.
We’re on track for our highest weekly revenue since launch. It may not be as flashy as the OTC platform work we’re doing at $MVCO, but this business can produce meaningful cash flow when it’s firing on all cylinders.

@samstein Not really. Nithya won through legal ballot harvesting. Hilton won despite it. The issue isn’t the outcome—it’s that ballot harvesting is legal. Elections should be secure, transparent, and free from third-party ballot collection. Make ballot harvesting illegal.
