ICE detain 14 year old girl—use her as "bait" to lure her dad in.

Agents transport her 7 hours overnight from Boston to New York—keep her awake 20 hours total with no dinner.

Cut off her contact with lawyer after locked up in detention.

Judge now orders her immediate return to Massachusetts and release to stay at home with her U.S. citizen aunt.

ICE issued a statement claiming agents only detained the girl because they were concerned for her safety.

Judge said it was his first time—in 22 years as a federal judge—that he's heard of federal agents taking a juvenile into custody under these circumstances.

The incident occurred in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
