@HMajeed99 If there were no social media people's mental illnesses would decrease quickly from less pressure on themselves. people would go outside more and be productive, and their eye health would improve.
@MsReyes1586 I think people who spent the most time on social media and the last time in face-to-face social interactions reported the most loneliness. Speaking to someone face to face allows a person to pick up nonverbal cues such as their feelings.
@LydiaNigro2 This is a great question to ask. I think social media is being trolled or cyberbullied online. social media will affect people to feel increased anxiety, depression and loneliness because nowadays people are spending more time on social media than on real family and friends.
@MsReyes1586 From my understanding, social media users have less sleep which affects our brain and brings us depression. Mostly we are hurting ourselves through social media.
