@pathofexile Warrior needs to be looked into, these extremely slow animations are just horrible. There isn't a good trade off for them either, it's not like you trade being slow for damage, you're just slow and barely doing damage.

The crazy thing is that Ive run into players like this with relatively high ranks so theyve played hundreds of games like this. Go to graphics settings and drop your resolution and change your settings lower

here's an EXCELLENT example... over 130ms+ ping, his pc was on red bars 100% of the time ... the game was massively slowed down.. short clip, but it was like this the entire match.
