🚨BIG MOVE: The SEC is proposing new rules that would formally recognize the use of BLOCKCHAIN technology in securities offerings and share transfers.

The overhaul would modernize transfer-agent regulations that have remained largely unchanged since the late 1970s and early 1980s.
