@SandyofCthulhu@frothyfriar Restoration magic has time limits, IIRC. Which means, if your Fighter lost an arm and your Cleric doesn't have the spell ready (too low level or out of spells), you might easily miss the time window in which the arm is reattached with full functionality.
@SandyofCthulhu@GaryD20Games I treat CR like a stage production of the D&D cartoon - it's entertaining but it doesn't inform me or my players on how/what we do at our table.
@memeslich If a character passes a check to receive a warning yet their player still proceeds - yes, because you are punishing an informed decision. In any other scenario - no.
@16bitnostalgia THE best 1-on-1 fighting game of all time (followed closely by IK+ and The Way of the Exploding fist).
No special moves.
No combos.
No health bar.
Fight to the first hit.
Perfection.
@exQUIZitely@lukebfox1 Jagged Alliance 2, to be precise, with the ability to switch between turn-based or real-time combat.
The biggest downside, for me, is the fact that all of the missions are pre-defined, so after 2 playthroughs nothing surprises you anymore.
