Let's say you walk into a mall, like any other day you're going shopping, but none of the stores are connected, so you basically have to use a different currency in each one, and on top of that every store demands special glasses to see their products.
Frustrating, right? 😤
You can boil success into:
Focus + Patience
And they’re so hard because they’re so anti human.
We want new stuff—>unfocused
We want stuff now—>impatient
People fail from poor self control more than poor work ethic or intellect.
You’re not too dumb, you’re too undisciplined.
we're pushing out 2 million clips per month at Content Rewards rn
and as the CMO of Content Rewards, I have a birds eye point of view of what truly works best
here's my insight on what works the best for software campaigns:
slide shows are one of the most high-converting formats
and it's because they genuinely feel so organic
here is how to do them properly:
the best performing slideshows looked like they took 30 seconds to produce
best formats fell into either of these three categories
> before or after
example:
picture 1: you look chopped
picture 2: you don't and mention the app
> taking people through a story arc
example:
picture 1: you are struggling with studying
picture 2: talk about why you're struggling
picture 3: friend showed you an app
picture 4: added all your notes into it
picture 5: it created everything into a game
picture 6: u got amazing grades
> educational
example:
picture 1: wouldn't survive college w/o these 3 apps
picture 2, 3, 4: slideshows of what each app helped you with include your app
the images in the slideshow are very important
pinterest + AI + watermark removers, create the best slideshow pictures
a lot of people try to use their own pictures or just find pictures off of pinterest
both of which most of the time don't look the best
find curated pictures and then modify them with AI so they look polished and ORIGINAL
eg, change the color of the dress or make it night time/change the positioning, etc
so they don't look like images you found on the internet
but always remember to remove watermarks properly
or else the algorithm catches on and your videos won't go viral
when you're making content you need to think about why people would watch it
they either want to watch it because:
> it's funny
> they want to doom scroll
> it's educational
try to serve one of these categories very well
either make your slideshows really funny, really relatable/doom scroll format, or really educational
do not sound AI or salesy
that's the whole playbook

this document has helped 4 different people close $1K–$2K/month gigs in the last 2 weeks.
And the crazy part?
It’s one of the easiest 4-figure deals you can land:
Managing and growing a Web3 project’s social media.
Now, since I’m sharing this publicly, it’ll eventually get saturated.
So don’t copy it word for word.
Tweak it.
Personalize it.
Make it yours.
But here’s what most people miss:
You don’t even get to this stage without knowing how to send the right cold DM.
That part, I’m not dropping (yet). 👀
target project:
• Projects under 1K followers
• Solid utility projects
• Strong meme projects with potential
There’s still a lot of money sitting in early-stage Web3.
If this gets 200 comments, I’ll drop another strategy.
